Toilet- Inspected for leaks at the floor and supply lines. Checked for proper secure fastening to the floor.

Sink- Faucet, vanity , under counter supply lines and drain are inspected

Vent / heat- Exhaust fan and dedicated heat are operated. Aside from the obvious benefits, the primary function of an exhaust fan is to remove moisture the bathroom.

Bath tub- Caulking, tile, faucet and drain are inspected.

Shower- Enclosure, faucet, drain, tile and caulking are inspected.

The basic components of a bathroom can last a very long time with proper maintenance. Items that need periodic maintenance include grout, caulking, drains, faucets and toilet components.
