Description- The location, fuel type and heating type is described.

Condition- Controls are operated and temperature is checked at the supply and return vents.

Venting- Furnace is checked for proper venting and back draft.

Combustion air- Furnace is checked for proper combustion air source.

Burners- Burners are observed when possible.

Distribution- Distribution type is described and checked for functionality.

Normal Controls- operated under normal conditions.

Air Filter- Location is noted, size is identified and condition is described.

Swamp cooler- Checked for proper operation (seasonal).

Air Conditioning-Checked for proper operation (temperature must be over 60 degrees)
