Main Line- Main shut off valve location is disclosed. Size, pressure and pipe materials are described and inspected at visible locations.

Supply Lines- Pipe material is described and visual leak checks are performed.

Waste Lines- Pipe material is described and a leak check is performed at P-traps.

Fuel System- Main shut off valve location is disclosed. Fuel type is identified. Appliances are checked for valves and drip legs.

Water Heaters- The location, size and energy type is described. Vent flue duct is inspected for proper installation and back draft. Combustion air source is checked. The temperature relief valve is inspected for signs of leakage and improper piping. General condition of the water heater(s) is noted.
